Your Story Dies With You. It's rather self-explanitory, but anyway, the idea is that every person on this earth (that's right, every last one of us) has a story to tell, and it should be told before it's too late. For thousands of years, storytelling has been a central part of how humans have communicated--stories have been passed down through generations, sharing knowledge, family history, and the odd tale with a moral that was forgotten years ago. Everyone has a story to tell, and you should tell it, now while you have the chance, because your story dies with you.

Any new readers?

Hey! How is everyone? I haven't posted in a little while, so I thought I would and ask if anyone read "The Box of Secrets". So, did anyone read it? If so, what did you think of it?

About the Author

Madeleine Richey is a sixteen-year-old writer living in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with her parents, four siblings, Bub the cat, with whom she has a love/hate relationship, and Willie the kitten, who eats everything, including hands and feet. She loves playing electric guitar and listening to rock n roll, hoop dancing, drawing, and reading and writing. She has recieved multiple Editor's Choice awards from Teen Ink, had work selected for "The Slam" (Cicada Magazine's highly selective posting of teen work), writes a monthly column on current teen issues for Homeschooling Teen, self-publishes on Amazon, and writes for Triond.com. She has completed thirteen novels, is working on her fourteenth, and hopes to have one of them published one of these days.
